These terms are an agreement between you and RW Digital Ventures LLC ("we", "us") and govern your use of rowattest.com.

1. What this site is

This site describes RowAttest and links to the RowAttest app at app.rowattest.com. Creating an account and using the product are governed by the RowAttest Terms of Service at app.rowattest.com/terms, which include a testing authorization. Joining the pre-launch waitlist was not a purchase and did not create a right to product access.

2. No security advice, no guarantee

Content on this site is general information. Nothing on this site is security advice for your specific situation, and nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee that any software, including software reviewed by RowAttest, is secure. Any report or attestation described on this site is point-in-time evidence of specific checks that were run — not a certification and not a guarantee.

3. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure, harvest data from it by automated means, or misrepresent your identity when using it.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and the RowAttest name and marks are owned by RW Digital Ventures LLC. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose; no other license is granted.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RW Digital Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

8. Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or this site that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we each waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing info@rowattest.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating that you opt out of arbitration.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
