This is the Ed25519 public key RowAttest uses to sign attestation reports.
key_id is the first 8 hex characters of SHA-256(raw public key). public_key
is the base64 of the raw 32-byte Ed25519 public key.

Verify a signed report at https://rowattest.com/verify — the check runs
entirely in your browser. The matching secret key is held offline by
RW Digital Ventures LLC and is never published.
